The front desk staff, Nakia and Chanel, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Natasha from housekeeping was attentive and provided all the extras I needed. The hotel facilities, including the gym, pool, and bar/dining area, were top-notch. The friendly and sincere staff truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was such a great experience! The location here is perfect as there are many restaurants nearby that I could easily walk to. The service here was also fantastic, the staff was very friendly and always willing to help with anything that I needed! I really enjoyed the leisure swimming pool, it was a great way for me to relax and unwind after a long day. The outdoor seating area was also very lovely, perfect for a nice summer evening. The room amenities were also top-notch, the flat-screen tv and the patio were a nice touch. It was great having access to the on-site car park and the 24-hour reception was very helpful.

They were always friendly and helpful, making my romantic escape even more enjoyable. the front desk knew my name and greeted me with a smile every time I returned to the hotel. the bistro staff, Shawyn and Deante, provided excellent service and made sure my breakfast was served hot and just the way I liked it. the location of the hotel was also great. It was conveniently located near key attractions and amenities, making it easy for me to explore the area. the staff and location were the best aspects of my stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this moderately priced hotel on Gateway corporate Boulevard. The King size room was comfortable, with a nice whirlpool. The friendly staff makes the guests feel welcomed and supported. Additionally, the location was great for dinner at nearby restaurants and a visit to the bistro area. Although the rooms are not as modern as other locations, the cafe seems to be in good shape and it's a nice place to grab a quick bite.

The hotel could work on improving the noise level from the kitchen area at night.

I stayed at Courtyard for a quick overnight stop during a road trip. The room, although a bit small for a king bed, was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making me feel welcome. The hotel's location right off the highway made it easy to find and convenient for my travels. I appreciated being able to park my car close to my room. The price was very competitive and the lobby serving Starbucks coffee in the morning was a great start to my day.

The hotel's location near the highway is convenient, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The indoor lounge area is spacious and inviting, with Mike and Davis providing efficient service. The pool lounge area, with outdoor seating and a firepit, is absolutely amazing.

Excellent customer service, accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, great indoor and outdoor lounge areas, peaceful atmosphere.

Amazing Bistro Staff!

I had the pleasure of dining at the Bistro during my stay and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Shawn Scott. As a family with young children, she went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. She even customized menu items to cater to our preferences, which I found to be a wonderful touch that is not often seen. The Bistro truly is a hidden gem! I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic dining experience.

Additionally, the bistro had a good selection of food and the service was friendly.

There were a couple of issues with the room that I initially had, but the front desk and housekeeping were quick to resolve them. There was also a minor incident where a hotel staff member entered a room without proper protocol, but the management assured me that they would address the issue.
