Some guests experienced delays in receiving fresh towels and encountered issues with housekeeping.

The toilet in our room overflowed, but we were quickly relocated to another room that was just as nice. Despite this issue, our stay at Courtyard Dallas was very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel.

Our weekend stay offered us a great experience overall. The location was convenient for us, with nearby shops and restaurants. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the gym and the pool. The gym had good equipment, and the pool had a relaxing atmosphere with its clear water and comfortable temperature.

While our stay was great, we did have a couple of issues. The cleaning service wasn't up to our standards.

We loved the complimentary breakfast tickets and the nice bathroom shower. The TV was a great addition, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The parking area was well-lit and convenient for those traveling by car.
