staying at courtyard dallas on valentine's day was a fantastic experience. the personalized service from the staff really exceeded my expectations, especially with how helpful they were in planning our stay. also, the gym facilities were way better than i anticipated, making it easy to stay active during our visit.

the breakfast was a disaster, I expect more than a token coffee, especially when I 'paid' for four. Also, the plumbing noise at night? I truly woudl ve liked to give a good review, but with all this nonsense, I just couldn't.

Lack of air conditioning in the hallways was a real bummer during the hot hours, making the walk to my room feel a bit like a trek through the desert. The absence of housekeeping during my stay led to trash piling up in the hallway which felt unsightly, and I was concerned about bugs creeping in. A room above me had plumbing issues—any flush sounded like a landslide. Overall, the noise from housekeeping at odd hours clipped my sleep, while some amenities felt overpriced for what they offered.

The hotel is great for mini-golf and just a short drive from AT&T Stadium. The location is super convenient, perfect for exploring nearby attractions. We enjoyed the outdoor pool too. Would definitely recommend for fun group vacations.
