The room was spacious and had a nice open layout, perfect for my city break. the kitchenette was a bonus, allowing me to prepare my own meals. the staff was also friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed, including toiletries that I had forgotten.

It led to a frustrating experience and not receiving the rooms I had requested. the toilet in one of the rooms didn't even flush and we had to wait for another room to be cleaned.

We were impressed with the variety of foods available for breakfast, especially the interesting egg bowls and the selection of yogurt. We also appreciated that the hot water for tea tasted clean and not like coffee grounds. The room itself was beautiful, with a full kitchen, comfortable bed, and blackout curtains offering a nice view. The hotel felt secure and the staff were helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and even providing toiletries that we had forgotten. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were all great.

There were some disappointing aspects to my stay. The ice machine on my floor was broken, and the outside side door didn't work the first night, causing inconvenience.
