The friendly staff made my stay enjoyable and the comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room and facilities was impressive. The location of the hotel was convenient and the chef at the restaurant made a delicious breakfast.

The bathroom had some issues with low water pressure and a faulty shower head. The tub also didn't drain very well.

It was disappointing that the front desk staff, specifically Linda, lacked customer service skills and was rude and unhelpful. She refused to contact housekeeping for towels and washcloths, and even though we paid extra for breakfast, we still ended up paying at the counter.
