Upon checking in at Courtyard, I realized I had misplaced my wallet within 30 seconds. I frantically retraced my steps and spoke to Terrie at the front desk. She immediately took charge and rallied the entire staff to help locate my wallet. Despite having to pick up my boss at the airport, Terrie was kind enough to provide me with constant updates on their progress. To my surprise, Tara also showed concern and asked about my wallet's whereabouts upon my return. It turns out, I had actually misplaced it myself, but the genuine care and effort shown by the staff was truly remarkable. I am grateful for their exceptional customer service and applaud the entire team for their dedication and kindness. I highly recommend this hotel.
