the staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive to every guest's needs. limited storage space in the room makes it hard to organize belongings.

During our stay for a romantic getaway, we loved the beautifully decorated room and the amazing breakfast spread, which was a highlight of our mornings. The late arrival process is a disaster!!! I was taken to the wrong room and had to rely on another guest to be let in. Also, the absence of organized arrival procedures leads to confusion for late check-ins!!!

Breakfast was fantastic, made to order daily! and we loved the cozy fireplaces in the parlor during cocktail hour, really made it special. The location was spot on! so many cute shops and local restaurants within walking distance!

my recent stay at 33 main was less than spectacular, to say the least. the room lacked basic amenities like a bathtub, despite only a handful of guests. plus, the bottled water was downright unsanitary! it wouldve been nice to be offered a room upgrade or a complimentary gesture, but i guess that’s too much to expect. could’ve been great, but.

The decor was stunning and the breakfast was super creative. But I wish they'd had more space for our luggage in the room. Still, cozy vibes all around!

We were utterly charmed by every detail at 33 Main! The breakfast spread was a delightful experience, and the luxurious robes enhanced our comfort. The decor is simply breathtaking.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved enjoying breakfast each morning with so many tasty options. After our stay, we visited Tanglewood and even made a stop at Jacob's Pillow. The evening cocktails on the porch were a nice touch, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home!

Only downside was the limited luggage space in our room, making it a bit tricky to manage our things. Otherwise, everything was great!

Had an amazing stay! The breakfast spread was out of this world—so many tasty options to fuel our adventures. Loved sipping coffee on the porch while taking in the beautiful views. Just wish the parking was a bit easier. it got a little cramped at times. But all in all, such a charming place to unwind.
