Super clean, welcoming staff, and loved the stunning city view! Wish the gym had water.

Oh, the meals around here! I devoured hot empanadas for breakfast at the hotel and couldn't resist the delicious pizza joint nearby. The staff was super accommodating, making my stay even sweeter. Plus, being able to walk to STK steakhouse for a fantastic dinner was a bonus!

Now, the parking—what a curious affair! You’ll be trekking to an underground garage a block away. And while the shower’s tile is a stylish choice, it’s a slippery slope. just mind your step.

Limited onsite parking!!! False advertising regarding parking availability!!! Noise disturbances from street activity and housekeeping in the mornings!!! Poor shower water pressure!!! Unclean rooms upon arrival!!! Air conditioning issues!!!

The location, the room amenities, the cleanliness was simply grewt.

The location was right off the 16th Street Mall! We had amazing views from our room and the staff was incredibly helpful, made us feel like we were special. I mean, they really cared! And walking to all those romantic spots, it’s just perfect.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable, considering the amenities.

Clean and beautiful hotel with outstanding staff! The city view upgrade was absolutely stunning, and the location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and activities. While parking fees are steep, the experience was worth it. A fantastic choice for a short getaway! Can't wait to return!

Unfortunately, my experience with parking was quite frustrating. The hotel advertises parking availability, but upon my arrival, I was met with confusion regarding where to park. I ended up parking a block away and had trouble retrieving my vehicle the next morning because the entrance to the garage was closed until late.

Had a fab time, but, man, the parking was a right headache! Could barely find my way back to the car. On the upside, the staff were super friendly! Chur!

The room was spacious and so clean. I loved the upgrade to a city view! I enjoyed relaxing at the cozy lounge area and taking advantage of the complimentary water. The only hiccup was the limited parking options, but it didn’t put a damper on my stay. 😊

the location is super nice, right downtown, and u can walk to lots of places. staff wuz really friendly and helped us with check-in and stuff. the room was clean and had good toiletries which i liked. having coffee in the lobby was a neat touch, but coulda been more available. also liked that the hotel felt secure with key card access!

parking was really pricy too, so that was a bummer.
