Our family of five stayed at Best Western in the Dells for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. the rooms were clean and spacious, and having two pools and hot tubs to choose from was a huge hit with the kids. the complimentary breakfast was a real treat – a solid selection for both kids and adults. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay extra enjoyable.

Would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. the location was ideal, being close to all Dells attractions yet feeling safe and slightly removed from the busy areas. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

I always return for my holiday here. the staff gave me a taxi number once. the place suits me perfectly with many amenities - free Wi-Fi, parking, fitness center, pools, sauna. No pets or smoking allowed, which is great.

Upon check-in, our room wasn't cleaned, but the staff quickly switched us to a fresh room. We enjoyed the peaceful stay for 3 days, close to all attractions. the two pools were a bonus. However, some minor improvements needed. Overall, I recommend this hotel.
