We loved that we could bring our dog and have our room cleaned on our schedule. The pet area for walking was a great convenience. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel had a good breakfast selection. The staff were sweet and helpful, making our stay even better. The location was great for us, being only a short distance from the Irish Festival we were attending.

We loved the room location on the top floor, away from the elevator and noise. The split room layout was great for us as youngsters. The room was exceptionally clean and had a mini fridge, which was nice. The breakfast options were delicious, although the coffee was weak. The pool was enjoyable, but a bit of a walk to get to.

Spacious and well-decorated rooms with a separate living room and bedroom, making us feel like we had our own little apartment. the sectional in the living room was super cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day. We also loved the convenient location of the hotel, with several restaurants within easy walking distance. It made finding a place to eat a breeze!

The cleanliness of the hotel was a major concern. the bathroom was small and outdated, and stepping into the tub with a shower curtain felt unhygienic.

The sink outside of the bathroom was a bit odd and there was no microwave in the room, which would have been convenient. Additionally, the room could use some updates, as the carpet was dirty and there were stains on the furniture.

Another great thing about this hotel was its convenient location. It was within walking distance of numerous restaurants and a shopping mall, and just an 8-minute drive away from more shopping and activities, such as Dave and Buster's. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Columbus.

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient for the week I spent there getting my son moved into his new apartment. It was also very close to the Columbus Zoo and Easton outdoor mall, allowing us easy access to entertainment and shopping. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast provided a variety of fresh options, and the coffee menu was a pleasant surprise. the hotel facilities were well-kept, and the parking and transportation options were hassle-free.

Great service, but the room had some issues. During our stay at Hyatt Place, the staff, especially the young man who checked us in and gave us a shuttle ride, was absolutely amazing. However, we encountered some problems with the room. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, the mini fridge didn't work, and the AC was not as effective as it should have been. Despite bringing these issues to the front desk's attention, they were not resolved. The only solution offered was to switch rooms, which was inconvenient for us since we were already settled in. I would recommend this hotel, but with reservations about the room quality.

As those taking off early, we loved the spacious and immaculately clean rooms at Hyatt Place. The comfortable beds and climate control made for a great night's sleep. The huge room also featured a cozy sofa that I wish we had at home. The pool area was nice, and the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, and the manager even made us two breakfast sandwiches to take with us.
