The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs, being close to the Park Meadows Mall. The room was impeccably clean, which I really appreciated. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful when we checked in. We also had a great experience with the maintenance person who promptly fixed our A/C and explained the issue. The customer service provided was excellent.

The only minor disappointment was that the room was not ready until after the 3 pm check-in time. The staff member at the front desk seemed a bit impatient when we approached for check-in, but this did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

I had a great weekend at a hotel near a big mall. the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even offered me complementary breakfast and a drink in the evening. the location was perfect as it was close to all the places I needed to go. I also appreciated the fitness area - it might have been small, but it was quite adequate for my needs.
