I loved the spacious, comfortable rooms where we felt right at home! The bistro offered delicious made-to-order breakfast and even Starbucks coffee, which made our mornings brighter. The friendly staff, especially Tara, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay.

The rooms are spacious and equipped with a microwave and mini fridge, which is a nice touch. The indoor pool area could be enjoyable after a long day, but the size was a bit on the small side.

However, cleanliness seemed to be an issue. the common areas, especially the lounge furniture, showed significant wear and tear. I noticed a lack of proper maintenance in the bathrooms with dust accumulation in the vents, which doesn't sit right for a place aiming for a respectable image. The hot tub was also disappointingly cool, limiting its appeal after a long day. Also, the limited menu options in the Bistro were underwhelming, hampering any hopes of a decent meal during the stay.

got great value for my money at courtyard! rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were generally friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. loved the pool! 😊

Additionally, while the indoor pool area was nice, it felt a bit cramped for the number of guests. I was also disappointed to find limited menu options in the Bistro, which hampered my dining experience.

i had a great stay at the courtyard, just 10-15 minutes from downtown des moines. the modern rooms were super clean, and i really enjoyed the indoor pool and fitness center. the barista was amazing too, serving up delicious starbucks drinks!
