The rooms at this hotel are beautifully decorated and have a unique design that sets them apart from typical hotel rooms. The addition of a Starbucks in the lobby is a great convenience, and the private television in the breakfast booth adds a nice touch. The front desk staff went above and beyond to be helpful and kind, even lending an ice scraper for the windshield. The bed was incredibly comfortable, parking was easy, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The desk in the room provided much-needed space for a morning Zoom meeting.

The staff at this hotel made us feel extremely welcome and were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble during our stay.

Best aspects of this hotel were the convenient location in the main downtown core, close to a few stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Denise who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I was impressed with the comfortable mattress and soft sheets. Additionally, the large walk-in shower and Paul Mitchell Tea Tree toiletries were a nice touch.

Great Location , the hotel is conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to access. It is also close to various attractions and amenities, such as restaurants and shops. Comfortable Rooms , the rooms are spacious and well, appointed, providing ample space to relax and unwind. the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Friendly Staff , the staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, making the check, in process and overall stay pleasant and hassle, free.

Noisy Surroundings , the hotel is situated in a noisy area, with loud buses running behind the building. Additionally, the noise from door closures and people walking in the rooms above can be quite disruptive.

The hotel is in a great location and offers stunning views from the rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Denise, who went above and beyond to assist me. The proximity to shopping and dining options is convenient as everything is within walking distance. As a bonus, there is a Tesla supercharger nearby, making it convenient for Tesla drivers to charge their vehicles without the need to drive elsewhere.

Felt like a dream, couldn't find a single flaw!

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Valley and had a lovely experience. the staff was very attentive and friendly. From the moment I checked in, they made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. The new trainee, Denise, went above and beyond to assist me with getting change for the laundry, even bringing it to me while I was working out in the fitness room. Secondly, the location of the hotel was great, with proximity to shopping and food options. I was able to easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. Although there were some minor signs of wear and tear, the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. I had a great stay at this hotel.

I couldn't find any major faults with my stay at this hotel.

I had a long and tiring day, and all I wanted was a quiet and clean place to rest. Thankfully, at Courtyard, I found exactly that. The hotel had rooms available, and as a Marriott Gold Elite member, I requested a top floor room to avoid any noise disturbances. To my surprise and delight, I was given a top corner room, ensuring a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep. The comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and spacious desk in the room added to my positive experience. Despite the small inconvenience of not being able to enjoy a free cup of coffee in the lobby, I found the stay at Courtyard overall great. The helpful and kind front desk staff, who even lent me an ice scraper for my windshield, made my stay even better. I appreciate the efforts of the staff and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
