The rooms at this hotel are beautifully decorated and have a unique design that sets them apart from typical hotel rooms. The addition of a Starbucks in the lobby is a great convenience, and the private television in the breakfast booth adds a nice touch. The front desk staff went above and beyond to be helpful and kind, even lending an ice scraper for the windshield. The bed was incredibly comfortable, parking was easy, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The desk in the room provided much-needed space for a morning Zoom meeting.

The staff at this hotel made us feel extremely welcome and were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble during our stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Denise who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. Additionally, the large walk-in shower and Paul Mitchell Tea Tree toiletries were a nice touch.

Friendly Staff , the staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, making the check, in process and overall stay pleasant and hassle, free.

Noisy Surroundings , the hotel is situated in a noisy area, with loud buses running behind the building. Additionally, the noise from door closures and people walking in the rooms above can be quite disruptive.
