The hotel bar and staff were amazing, conveniently located to theater and restaurants, visit Swamp Rabbit Cafe, Mark's offers fantastic Salmon Salad and creative desserts, short walk to Falls Park on the Reedy, clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff.

The breakfast at Courtyard was a pleasant surprise. They offered a variety of options including granola bars, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The coffee was delicious and readily available. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a great start to my day. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to Falls Park and surrounded by a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I had a positive experience at Courtyard and would choose to stay here again.

Amazing Staff and Service

From the moment I walked into Courtyard, I was greeted by outstanding staff. Jessica and David at the front desk were professional, welcoming, and exceptional. The renovated floors are impressive, and the location is perfect, with shops, restaurants, and Falls Park within walking distance. The dinner at Rick Erwins Nantucket Seafood was superb. Courtyard provided the best experience!

Our hotel stay was in a prime location for tourists like us. In the middle of downtown, we were just a short walk to everything, including fantastic riverside restaurants and a superb ice skating rink. Our spacious room was exceptionally clean and well-appointed with modern and sophisticated decor. The service was incredible, especially the receptionist Bree, who went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was delicious, and the parking was easy and convenient.

The bed was extremely comfortable, perfect for those with physical handicaps. Great toiletries and big shower with strong water pressure. Convenient location with bars/restaurants in walking distance.

As a budget traveler, I loved the convenient downtown location, modern decor, and clean facilities at this hotel. The friendly staff, especially Bree at check-in, made our anniversary celebration extra special. The top floor suite with city views was a great touch, and we appreciated the thoughtful note and snacks waiting for us in the room. The complimentary parking and smart TV were added bonuses. The comfortable mattress and linens ensured a good night's sleep.

My family and I stayed over Thanksgiving and, much to our surprise, the housekeepers refused to clean our room. They were either short-staffed or upset because they had to work on a holiday.

It was perfect for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants, and we even had a great view of the lively street below. The hotel was well-maintained and had a modern feel, making our stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even going above and beyond to grant our request for an early check-in. Our room was immaculately clean and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a comfy bed and a sofa couch for extra seating. Plus, having breakfast included was a great bonus that saved us time and money.
