We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for the price was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable, with a TV that could be adjusted for optimal viewing in bed. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby stores and restaurants. The best part was the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The room size was great, with a convenient pull-out and turn TV. Loved the cell phone remote option and helpful TV information. Available parking, elevator access, and access to YouTube, Netflix. The "apartment" setup with a separate mini kitchen, desk, and sofa made it very comfortable.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to the highway and plenty of nearby stores and restaurants. I also enjoyed the warm and welcoming staff who made check-in a breeze.

My only complaint would be that the check-in process was not contactless, which was disappointing considering the current situation. It would have been better if they had a functioning credit card machine and provided hand sanitizer at the counter.

The hotel's location right off I-81 was perfect for me as it provided easy access to the highway. Additionally, being close to the mall and numerous restaurants made it very convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel, including my immaculate room, was especially reassuring during these times. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

However, our recent stay at Springhill Suites in Hagerstown was by far the best. The hotel's location near the highway and surrounded by stores and restaurants was convenient for us. The cleanliness of our room and the entire hotel, especially during these times, was reassuring. The "apartment" style set up with a separate kitchen, desk, and sofa made our week-long visit comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed, including a refrigerator. We've already added Springhill Suites to our go-to list for future trips.
