The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to relax and unwind during our weekend stay. the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to nearby retail stores and restaurants, making it convenient for dining and shopping options. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.

One aspect that was disappointing is the limited menu selection for breakfast. It would have been nice to have more variety and options to choose from.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to the highway and plenty of nearby stores and restaurants. I also enjoyed the warm and welcoming staff who made check-in a breeze.

My only complaint would be that the check-in process was not contactless, which was disappointing considering the current situation. It would have been better if they had a functioning credit card machine and provided hand sanitizer at the counter.

Great stay during Christmas! the hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the TV in the room was a nice touch, with the option to pull it out and turn it for convenient viewing in bed. It was also awesome that you could use your cell phone as the remote. the location of the hotel was perfect, with a mall and several food options nearby. We also appreciated that the hotel was pet-free, as we have allergies. we had a great stay with no complaints.

The only downside was that the pool was drained during our stay, and we weren't informed about it beforehand. It would have been nice to know in advance so we could plan accordingly.

We had a fantastic stay at Courtyard! The room was incredibly spacious and clean, and we loved the convenience of having retail and restaurants right next door. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting Family at Jellystone Yogi Bear Park, which was just a short drive away.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved by extending the serving time on Sundays. It would have been nice to have the option to be a little lazy on that travel day and enjoy a later breakfast.

We loved the spaciousness of our room and the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated right off I-81, making it easy to find and great for our travels. The proximity to the mall and restaurants was also a big plus, as it gave us plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fire pit and gym available for guests to use. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing that we didn't like.

My husband and I frequently travel to Baltimore for medical appointments and have tried numerous accommodations over the years. However, our recent stay at Springhill Suites in Hagerstown was by far the best. The hotel's location near the highway and surrounded by stores and restaurants was convenient for us. The cleanliness of our room and the entire hotel, especially during these times, was reassuring. The "apartment" style set up with a separate kitchen, desk, and sofa made our week-long visit comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed, including a refrigerator. We've already added Springhill Suites to our go-to list for future trips.
