During my stay, I encountered multiple cleanliness issues, including sticky floors and a sink that was backed up with hair and dirt. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, causing a hassle for those needing to stay connected. There were also multiple reports of outdated facilities and poor maintenance, with guests mentioning broken fixtures and issues like slow-draining tubs. Additionally, the ice machine was quite noisy, making it harder to get a good night’s sleep. Some guests faced inconsistent housekeeping, which left towels and room maintenance lacking. Parking may become a challenge during busy times due to limited spaces, and the lack of a free breakfast option was a letdown for some.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, making check-in a breeze. I particularly enjoyed the bistro's cocktail service. Freda was a gem, always ready to chat with guests!

While my stay was mostly great, I found the shower pressure lacking and the bathroom could use a bit of updating. Also, the ice machine was out of order during my visit.

My recent stay was a complete disappointment. To make matters worse, there was no stopper in the tub and the keycard system was irritatingly unreliable. I had to try the card multiple times just to get into my room, and the lack of basic amenities like snacks or breakfast just topped it off. I expected so much more for the price I paid.

the location was super handy, all within walking distance of the coliseum and a bunch of local spots. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially tonii at the bar. she made our stay enjoyable!

I visited this hotel for a couple of nights and enjoyed my time. The Bistro served various dinner options, and I appreciated the Starbucks coffee in the morning before exploring local attractions. After a long drive, I stopped by for some drinks. The service at the bar was warm and welcoming. My partner and I enjoyed the quiet outdoor courtyard for some relaxation. Definitely worth the visit for a short getaway.
