I had a great stay at the hotel and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the fact that I could open the window at night for some fresh air. The breakfast options were amazing, with delicious food and Starbucks coffee. Tracy in the restaurant was particularly nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the excellent front staff and their helpfulness. The beds were comfortable and the shower was spacious. We also found the hotel to be very clean, from our rooms to the bistro, and the well-kept yards added to a pleasant overall experience. The location was perfect for our purpose of visiting Medieval Times, as it was conveniently situated right next door. Walking over without having to deal with traffic was a real advantage.

We felt safe and secure throughout our stay, and the staff was always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our needs.

Great value for the money - very reasonable prices. The rooms have nice decor and are equipped with basic amenities. The staff is friendly, and they offer breakfast included in the stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location with easy access to many exciting areas like UT Southwestern hospitals and the stadium in Arlington.

The rooms at Courtyard Dallas Medical Market Center were well-equipped and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the pillows provided a good night's sleep. The Bistro staff were friendly and the breakfast selections were nice. I would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was fantastic, going above and beyond in customer service. The bartender even gave us a blanket! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked, with plenty of pillows. The pool and fire pit area were inviting. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. The hotel was in a great location, close enough to downtown and with easy access to transportation.

I really loved the location of this hotel, it was so convenient to the UT Southwestern hospitals. There were also plenty of things to do nearby like visit a cool coffee shop or explore the fair park area. The staff here were really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. They even offered room service and laundry service which was so convenient.

I would definitely recommend this place to my family.

Location is convenient as it is Close to Market Center but not in downtown. Tracy from the restaurant provides great service. Room had a nice layout, toilet/shower area was spacious. There was a fire pit, swimming pool, and gym on the property.

Great location near the market, lounge was comfy and nicely decorated, staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Bistro was busy but staff was able to locate and ship a forgotten item with ease, saving me from having to replace it. a fantastic experience.

The lobby felt open and inviting. the room was a good size and the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. the bathroom was well-equipped and the shower was super powerful. the staff were very friendly and helpful, even at 2 am when we had a plumbing issue. the hotel was in a fantastic location, close enough to get into downtown for just a few dollars on Uber, but far enough out that it was quiet. There were a couple of restaurants nearby as well.

The property could have used a hot tub or a heated pool, as the water was too cold for swimming. the area where they cooked seemed to always have something burning, resulting in a burnt toast smell in the lobby.

The room was spacious and the bed and sofa bed were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped and the shower was powerful. The staff were friendly and helpful, even during late-night plumbing issues. Free wifi was appreciated and any issues were quickly resolved. The location was ideal, close enough to downtown but still quiet. The hotel also had a pool, bistro, refreshments shop, and business area, which were all useful amenities.

Felt like part of the family, no reason to complain.
