Clean room, modern furnishings, comfortable king-size bed, newer bedsheets and towels, friendly staff. Convenient location for downtown Chattanooga. Zach provided excellent service and quickly fixed our cable TV on New Year's Eve.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express. The location was fantastic, just a short distance from downtown and a Walmart nearby. Mary, one of the staff members, made our stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had easy access to our room with two elevators available. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room and public areas are recently remodeled and clean, with professional staff. Breakfast is excellent, and housekeeping service is quick to respond. Pool temperature can be chilly for some, but great views of swimmers. Overall great stay.

For the price, we got a great value at this Holiday Inn Express. The room was updated, clean, and the bed was super comfy. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and the highway exit. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We loved being just outside the city, as this hotel was conveniently located close to everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms that were clean and well-maintained. The parking was ample, and the location was very close to all the activities on Lookout Mountain as well as in the city. The staff, particularly Jen at the front desk, provided amazing service and promptly addressed any issues we had.

The staff quickly replaced our faulty refrigerator and promptly fulfilled our requests for fresh towels and trash removal. The location was convenient, with nearby food options and views of the mountains from our room. The room and bathroom were clean, with comfortable beds and good quality linens. We found it to be a great value compared to a higher-rated hotel we stayed at.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Chattanooga and had a great experience. The bathtub was spotlessly clean and the bath water was nice and hot. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was very clean. The location was also fantastic, close to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast had a great variety and I loved the pancake maker. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
