The location is fantastic, being close to the coliseum and university. The desk clerk was accommodating with a late checkout request. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with high-quality linens. The bistro offered Starbucks coffee and a delicious quinoa/kale bowl. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

The staff warmly greeted us upon arrival and they were extremely helpful in providing dining suggestions and directing us to nearby stores when we needed to purchase some items due to unexpected rain. The hotel's location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options close by. We also found it convenient that the hotel was situated in the historic district, even though it was a bit challenging to navigate. we loved the proximity to restaurants and shopping in this area.

Plus, it was really close to a lovely restaurant - the Parrot Cafe. The staff were really friendly and always willing to help out with anything we needed. Our room on the main level was spacious and had a king size bed that was oh so comfortable. The housekeeping services were excellent, keeping our room spotless. Not to mention, they had a great breakfast that catered to diabetics.

All in all, everything was ok and I had a pleasant stay.
