We loved the quiet atmosphere at the hotel, regardless of the number of guests. The room was incredibly roomy, exceeding our expectations with ample space to move around. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold options, including gluten-free choices for me. The staff provided excellent customer service, with a special shoutout to David who went above and beyond to help clean up after we spilled drinks in the vestibule.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many aspects. the location was perfect, as it was conveniently situated less than 10 minutes from a great shopping area. Secondly, the staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the basic amenities provided, such as the room with the washing machine and the option for added privacy with 2 beds or handicap facilities, truly made a difference. The breakfast served daily was also a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn for a few weeks while my house was undergoing renovations. The staff, including Eduardo, Aaron, Asha, and Caitlyn. They always had a smile on their faces, even when I had to extend my stay multiple times. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was great, and there was no trace of any pet odors. The bathroom was spacious and had convenient hooks and places to put travel items. The modern decor and complimentary Neutrogena products were a nice touch. The breakfast had plenty of options for vegetarians like myself. a fantastic experience!

Nothing could have been better.

The location of the hotel was great, with many stores and restaurants within walking distance. It was convenient to have Chili's, Sonic, and Bill Miller nearby. the free breakfast provided a variety of options, including eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit. the pineapple and orange juice mix was a delightful surprise.

The room I booked was not provided, and the staff was unhelpful and condescending when I asked for towels and a blanket. the housekeeping was subpar, with the bed made poorly and the linen not changed.

Great location off the interstate, close to shopping and restaurants. the rooms were very clean and had comfortable beds. Also, the staff was awesome, very friendly and accommodating at all hours. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked for 5 people but there was not enough sleeping space. the hotel did their best to help, but they were already full and couldn't provide us with another room.

I arrived at the Hampton Inn Schertz and was pleased to find that the hotel is conveniently located near the tournament venue. It made it so much easier for me and my team to get to our games on time. The staff went above and beyond to help us find alternative accommodations when our original reservation fell through. They were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. I had a positive experience at the Hampton Inn Schertz and would recommend it to others.

The suite had ample space for motorcycle gear and luggage. Comfortable beds and soft towels. Friendly and helpful staff at check-in and check-out. Walking distance to several restaurants and amenities. Convenient access control system for added security.
