Had a fantastic group vacation! The location near the MRT made it easy to explore places like Jiufen and Shilin Night Market. The breakfast buffet was solid, offering a good spread. Our room was comfortable, and the staff were super helpful. We even enjoyed the lounge and its food options. Definitely recommend checking out the steakhouse on-site!

The hotel needs to improve room allocation policies!!! Rooms should not be assigned on different floors, especially for families!!! Upgrading guests during service issues must be a standard practice, not a favor. Housekeeping needs consistency, as complaints shouldn't be necessary!!!

This hotel is a gem! Gorgeous onsen on the top floor, and after a 4-night stay, I found the deluxe twin room spacious and comfortable. The location is top-notch, just steps from the MRT, and the breakfast buffet has an impressive spread of local Taiwanese dishes. Friendly staff and ample fitness facilities round out the experience.

I had an amazing time during my three-night stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, but the coffee selection was a bit lacking. The cozy, newly remodeled room made me feel right at home. Definitely coming back!

i had a great stay at the sheraton. the location is super convenient, just steps away from the mrt. the room was spacious and clean. The aircon worked perfectly. the breakfast buffet was yummy, even if it stayed the same throughout my stay. the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, making my visit even better.

I had a nice stay recently. The location made exploring the area easy, especially with the MRT right nearby. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a large selection. Also, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service. One evening, I had dinner at a restaurant that locals frequent, and I could see why it was popular. It reminded me of home in Rome, appreciating a nice meal out. Overall, a solid experience.

The room was clean and spacious (so nice to have room to breathe) with a great view of the bustling street. The club lounge available had tasty light meals and the atmosphere was absolutely comforting. Super close to the MRT station!
