The Club Lounge staff, especially Emma and Harry, were phenomenal and made us feel like old friends. The location and facilities were top-notch, and we can't wait to visit again. highly recommended.

The luxurious atmosphere at this hotel is breathtaking. the staff is extremely attentive, ensuring all of my exclusive amenities met my needs. the Spa & wellness centre is a standout, offering many treatments to indulge in. the room advantages are insane, with great decoration and cleanliness. the food here is unparalleled; I enjoyed both the restaurant and bar/lounge area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the metro station and conveniently close to many facilities. The gym was equipped with modern machines and it was spacious enough, allowing me to have my workout in peace. the room service menu had a decent variety of dishes that were cooked well. the hotel was situated in a convenient location, close to a few restaurants and shops.

making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. the staff at reception were slow and unenthusiastic, causing a long queue forming with guests waiting their turn.
