I was pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and recently renovated rooms at the hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I loved the convenience of having plenty of USB ports to charge my devices. The location was great, with easy access to the main area of Hot Springs. The staff, especially Mr Bernice, were exceptional and made our stay even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at Courtyard in Hot Springs for a couple of nights and had a wonderful experience. The room design was welcoming and unique. The small comforts like rolled towels, bath products, and a comfy couch made us feel right at home. The entire facility was impeccably clean. Bernie at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location was convenient, with stores, restaurants, and amenities nearby. The actual pictures on the website accurately represented the facility. We will definitely choose Courtyard for our future travels.

The beds were unbelievably comfortable, like sleeping on clouds! Our room was spacious and modern, with plenty of towels and great water pressure in the shower. We enjoyed the indoor pool and laundry facilities. Although not in the city center, there were nearby restaurants and a Starbucks. we highly recommend the Courtyard.

The coffee/tea making provisions in the room were a bit stingy. More tea options and sugar would have been appreciated.
