The staff, except for the café staff, were polite and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Houma Civic Center. The room was huge with a balcony, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The staff were incredibly nice and I loved the little store and Starbucks in the lobby.

This hotel is a hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle. The lobby is impressive, with private sitting areas and TV's. The outdoor pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing, and the indoor pool is a great backup option. The rooms are well-appointed, some even have balconies. The staff is extremely helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location is convenient, with good shopping and dining options nearby.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. The shower was also great and the noise levels were minimal, allowing for a peaceful stay. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The bed was super comfy, although it felt a bit small for a king size. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check in/out was quick and easy.
