The staff at the hotel was really nice and friendly, always willing to help. They made the stay more enjoyable and personal. the location of the hotel was also great, close to local businesses and with easy access to the freeway. Despite being near the highway, there was no noise disturbance at all.

The bed in the room was not comfortable, it sagged on one side. Additionally, the cafe opened late in the morning, especially on weekends.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Highland Park for my son's graduation and had a wonderful experience. The night front desk staff, especially the lady, was amazing. She provided us with a map and gave us tips on using the train to save on parking. She also explained the hotel shuttle and local attractions. The staff was great at making recommendations, and the Bistro served delicious breakfast and lunch. The patio area with seating was a great spot to relax, and the room itself was comfortable, with a fridge and lovely bathroom. The hotel was very clean and smelled nice. The housekeeping staff was also wonderful.
