Clean and comfortable rooms with decent amenities.

Our experience was marred by significant misunderstandings regarding our room reservation. To make matters worse, upon arrival, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, which was frustrating, compounded by the poor quality of the breakfast options, and the lack of a microwave in the room was another disappointment.

The Courtyard by Marriott Houston Hobby Airport offers a clean environment with basic amenities, though the facilities feel somewhat dated. I appreciated the efficient front desk service, but the parking fee of $10 was unexpected. Ideal for short stays, it's convenient for travelers, yet improvements are needed in maintaining a fresher ambiance and enhancing breakfast options.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was clean and surprisingly comfy for a night of unwinding! I also loved that the hotel secured parking gave me peace of mind while exploring nearby diners, which were tasty finds after a long day.

I stayed for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the convenient shuttle service to the airport, which runs every 30 minutes. The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the presence of a microwave on my floor. It was great to unwind after work and enjoy the pool. However, the breakfast options were a bit disappointing, as the sandwich felt prepackaged and not very fresh. Overall, a decent stay, especially with some nearby dining options to explore.

Chur, the shuttle was solid, but I was bummed about the lack of a welcoming gift for titanium members and those breakfast credits were hardly enough for a bite!

So, the staff was friendly enough and helped me when I needed it. The AC was wicked nice after a long day. Room was clean, but the shower? Yeah, that thing was a disaster. Couldn’t get it to work and that really threw a wrench in my morning plans. Wild.
