Arrived on New Year's Eve and was pleasantly surprised by the festive decorations throughout the hotel. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. the staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere during our stay.

The onsite restaurant was a major disappointment. the service was slow, with long wait times for food and the waiter often forgot our orders.

The value for money at Four Points was exceptional, with a spotless and stunning room that had every inch taken care of. The staff greeted me with a smile and were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the surrounding area.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better is if there were more options on the menu.

I left a jacket in the room with my international passport, and the hotel promptly located it in their lost property section and had it ready for me at the front desk. The bathroom was large, with extra towels and a curved shower curtain rail that prevented the annoyance of a wet shower curtain sticking to you. The hotel's restaurant offers exceptional food, not your average hotel fare, and is worth a visit. The location is convenient and provides lots of free parking. It is also close to shopping areas in the Christiana DE area, as well as other highly-trafficked common areas.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Newark. The location is excellent, close to shopping areas and outlets, which made it so convenient for me to explore the city and do some shopping. The staff was really nice and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and nice, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded at no additional charge. The basic amenities were provided, including the shower gel and shampoo connected to the shower, which was a thoughtful detail. The breakfast options were satisfactory, and I appreciated the fact that the hotel had a variety of choices available.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was ok, with no major issues to complain about.

One downside was the lack of an indoor pool, but considering the ongoing improvements in the hotel, it's understandable. Additionally, if you're sensitive to noise from busy streets, make sure to request a room on the rear side of the building for a quieter stay.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the Christiana area while on a bike trip. The location was great with easy access to common areas like the restaurant and fitness center. The bar staff was friendly and attentive. However, the room lacked a mini-fridge, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The breakfast was also a bit underwhelming with limited options. Unfortunately, we didn't have a great view, but the comfortable bed made up for it.

The hallway noise was a bit loud, which made it difficult to sleep at times.
