The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk clerk, Ryan. His service was outstanding, and I believe he should be considered for a management role within the Holiday Inn brand. The hotel itself was very clean and appeared to be quite new. The pool looked inviting, even though I didn't have a chance to use it. The room was quiet and comfortable, and I appreciated the variety of breakfast options available.

The pool was a hit with my son, and although the pool was a bit small, the jets provided a great relaxing experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved the fantastic room layout! There were so many thoughtful amenities, like USB ports all over the room, a fridge with a little freezer, and a single Keurig coffee machine. The abundance of surfaces made it easy to organize my suitcase and bags. Plus, the Bluetooth clock/radio/alarm was a nice touch. The hotel desk staff was always friendly and helpful, and both the property and my room were impeccably clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, easy to find off the interstate, and had ample parking. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, eggs, and bacon. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service with a smile. The rooms were spacious and had great amenities. The decor was tasteful and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

This hotel was a great choice for my Christmas getaway. the check, in process was quick and the staff was friendly. the room was clean and had a retro/modern design, which I really liked. the large glass door walk, in shower was a nice touch. the pool, although small, had great water pressure in the jets for a relaxing hydrotherapy experience.

On the first night, there was a lot of noise coming from the room above us, which was quite disruptive. We brought this to the attention of the front desk, and they were apologetic and offered to move us to a quieter room on a different floor.
