The hotel was excellent value for money, with breakfast included and fresh towels every day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities were great.

The location was ideal, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the pool area was a nice place to relax. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with any needs we had, even helping to fix a toilet overflow. Beds were comfortable and pillows were fluffy.

We stayed in the Memorial area and it was great to be close to everything we wanted to do, including various offices and restaurants. The parking around the hotel was convenient for us and made it easy to move our luggage around. While the breakfast service was not self-service, the food was good.

The Bistro was closed for dinner throughout the entire holiday weekend, which was a disappointment.

Our room was clean and comfortable with great A/C. The Bistro breakfast was a highlight. The hotel even provided a printer for us to print our boarding passes. a solid choice for a hassle-free stay.

During my xmas stay, the hotel provided two complementary hot beverages per morning that were perfect for the chilly weather. the hotel was located very close to a shopping center, which made last minute gift buying a breeze. the pool area was a great place to unwind on a warm evening.

The hotel's billing system was confusing and I was charged more than I expected. I also found the breakfast options to be limited and overpriced.
