The staff at Surestay Collection By Best Western were incredibly accommodating during our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, including changing our rooms to adjoining ones. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and it's clear they're making great progress. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations with its delicious food and drinks, and the service was exceptional. Our kids had a fantastic time with all the activities available, such as pool tables, ping pong, putt putt, and swimming. We'll definitely be returning soon.

I recently stayed at Pearl On The Concho and had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly accommodating, changing our rooms to the ones we wanted and even putting us in adjoining rooms. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so it looked really good despite some previous reviews mentioning it being dated. The restaurant onsite was a pleasant surprise, with amazing food and drinks and exceptional service. It was perfect for our family, and we will definitely be returning soon.

As adventure travelers, we loved the clean rooms and property, friendly staff, and variety of fun activities like the arcade, mini golf, and billiards. The breakfast had a great selection, including waffles and biscuits and gravy. The option to park right outside our room door was a bonus.

The location was a great base for exploring the nearby areas of town and the downtown shops. It was also close to Concho River Park, which was a cool spot to hang out. There were several restaurants nearby, although I don't recommend the 333 restaurant down the road. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff provided prompt service. Breakfast was okay but could have been better.

The basic amenities provided in the room were sufficient for our needs. The location of the hotel was great, as it was within walking distance to nearby parks, restaurants, and downtown. This was particularly convenient for us, especially when traveling with children who love to explore new places. Additionally, the prices were reasonable and offered good value for money.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the room was a bit small for four people. However, it was manageable and didn't significantly impact our overall experience.

The pool, although a little cold, was a great place for my kids to have fun and stay entertained. They went above and beyond to assist us with any requests or concerns we had. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent. It was close to the River Plaza, Art Museum, and historic downtown, making it convenient for us to explore the area.

One downside of our stay was that the air conditioner in our room wasn't working. However, the hotel quickly resolved the issue by moving us to another room in the outside annex.

The unique air conditioning arrangement was a welcome surprise. The hotel offers both interior and exterior corridors, and I chose the interior for added safety and security. The service at the front desk was very good and helpful, and the housekeeping staff quickly resolved any issues I had. The hotel also has a nice restaurant with good food, an indoor area with a pool and games, and a bar for those who enjoy that atmosphere.
