The staff at Surestay Collection By Best Western were incredibly accommodating during our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, including changing our rooms to adjoining ones. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and it's clear they're making great progress. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations with its delicious food and drinks, and the service was exceptional. Our kids had a fantastic time with all the activities available, such as pool tables, ping pong, putt putt, and swimming. We'll definitely be returning soon.

This place has everything - indoor pools, friendly staff, comfy beds, fantastic service, great breakfast. I stumbled upon it by chance and had a wonderful time. The employees I met, including David, Sherry, Diana, and Christina. I'll definitely recommend it to others.

As adventure travelers, we loved the clean rooms and property, friendly staff, and variety of fun activities like the arcade, mini golf, and billiards. The breakfast had a great selection, including waffles and biscuits and gravy. The option to park right outside our room door was a bonus.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints.

The location was a great base for exploring the nearby areas of town and the downtown shops. It was also close to Concho River Park, which was a cool spot to hang out. There were several restaurants nearby, although I don't recommend the 333 restaurant down the road. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff provided prompt service. Breakfast was okay but could have been better.

The hotel could benefit from some updates and improvements.
