As young holiday goers, we loved the large free movie selection and the check-out system for table top games. The breakfast selection was great with plenty of seating. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was fantastic, across from the Alerus Center.

We felt completely relaxed during our stay, with nothing being too much trouble.

The size of the room was great, with two queen size beds and plenty of space. the presence of a fridge and microwave in the room was a nice touch as well. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

During our stay, we were disappointed that the pool and spa were only available on the first day. Additionally, the TV in our room only showed one channel and despite reporting the issue to the front desk, it was never resolved.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The location was perfect, close to everything, and we appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station and airport. Our room was spacious and clean, and we had access to amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea/coffee making facilities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, despite some confusion with our reservation for the bed size from the evening desk clerk. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast, which had plenty of options to choose from.

Clean and well-maintained pool area with basketball hoops. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Adriana who provided excellent service and assistance. Enjoyable breakfast and light supper, though scrambled eggs could be improved.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great location near a waterpark and Tim Hortons. Additional perks like complimentary weekday dinner socials and breakfast buffets. Good value for the price.

Staff not very helpful and smoked right outside the door. Broken ice machine and restrictions on ice usage.

Check-in was slow, but the room was great - comfortable beds and decent cleanliness. The breakfast, according to my companions, was very good. The price was awesome for a short stay. Plenty of gathering space, and the updated decor was nice. Free laundry and large umbrellas available. Staff were accommodating.

The pool area was great, and the hot tub was one of the largest I've seen. Our bed was very comfortable, and the property seemed to be well maintained. the breakfast was what you would expect. continental with a couple of hot dishes. a good stay!

The service was poor, with the front desk being unhelpful and annoyed when asked questions. the beds were uncomfortable, with the slightest movement causing the other person to almost bounce off.

The property was comfortable, affordably priced, and conveniently located. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and provided excellent customer service. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and spacious room were loved by the kids.
