I had a great stay at the Courtyard in Shenandoah! The lobby and rooms were spacious and comfortable, and everything felt brand new and clean. The location was convenient, right across from Memorial Hermann, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed was unbelievably cozy and my husband loved the pool area. Special shout-out to Lauren who went above and beyond to assist us with a booking mistake and extended our checkout time. a fantastic experience at this hotel!

The staff, including the sales team, IT support, and food/beverage manager, were outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were flexible with our requests and made sure we had everything we needed. The common spaces, bistro, and outdoor courtyard were all great additions to the hotel. We have traveled to many places for sales meetings, but this hotel was the easiest to work with. We can't wait to come back next year!

We had a great stay here! The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. There is a nice terrace outside where we enjoyed some garden furniture. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we received a welcome drink upon arrival. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre.

All in all, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with great service.
