I was in town to visit family and the hotel's central location made it very convenient. Being close to the highway was a bonus for easy travel. The hotel is still fairly new, which I appreciated, and the lobby area was nice. The woman who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. Additionally, there are two restaurants within walking distance, Steak and Shake and Black Rock Grille. a convenient and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Portage for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. But what really made my stay memorable was the exceptional guest service. Qwana at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond in providing recommendations and her positive energy made our experience even better. The staff as a whole was friendly and helpful, and the convenience of being right off I94 was a definite plus.

I recently stayed at a hotel just outside of a business park and had a great experience. The hotel was conveniently located near the interstate, making it easy to get around. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met. The room itself was spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfortable king-sized bed. We also appreciated the attention to detail, as everything was clean and well-maintained. Another bonus was the value for money, as the price was reasonable for the quality of the accommodations. Additionally, I was pleased to find out that breakfast was included. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and good value.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were so kind and helpful, offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. One particular staff member, Qwana, stood out with her exceptional service and positive attitude. She truly made our experience even better!

On the downside, the cleanliness of the room could have been better. Some of the sheets had a slight smell and the coffee maker wasn't properly cleaned.

Everything is what i need and want.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at this clean and friendly hotel. Our room was comfortable and had a great sized king bed. The walk-in shower had plenty of hot water, and the mini-fridge and coffee maker were a pleasant addition. The hotel's location near shopping centers, gas stations, and restaurants made it convenient for us. The staff was courteous and made us feel welcome. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nothing everything was great

We had a lovely Easter break at this hotel! the breakfast was excellent, including complementary coffee and juice. the location was perfect, near to the main attractions and restaurants. the staff were very friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the fitness center and the indoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

That the room was a bit small and with outdated decor. the bathroom was also a bit cramped, but it was clean and functional.

This hotel is conveniently located near the interstate and in a sensible place. The woman who greeted us for check-in was wonderful and the lobby area was nice. The rooms with king beds are great value for money.

Best part was the amazing staff, especially Qwana at the front desk. Her energy and kindness made our experience even better. The desk clerk at night did his best to handle a noisy party and promptly moved us to a quieter room. Conveniently located off I94 with friendly staff. Even when the Bistro closed, the woman nearby made me coffee with a smile. Will definitely be back to stay, thank you for such wonderful interactions! Strongly recommend this hotel.
