Despite some challenges, the friendly staff, especially Noa at the front desk, and the hotel's lovely outdoor terrace provided a charming atmosphere for our stay, enhancing our experience in Amsterdam.

the apples in the lobby are delicious and organic. heat was weak, not great for winter.

Consider checking out the nearby local farmers' market for fresh produce and unique souvenirs. it's a great addition to your Amsterdam experience.

where to begin? no room service, and breakfast was a cruel joke, with some guests somehow enjoying it in my presence. also, i was expecting a complimentary gesture for the inconveniences, like a room upgrade, but apparently that's not for everyone. i almost considered a positive review, but the lack of attention ruined it.

Right off the bat, the beds were wicked comfy, and I loved the clean vibe in the room. The staff? They were all about making things easy for ya. Plus, having a nice coffee maker and a view of the garden was a sweet treat. It’s not a dealbreaker.

Man, the place was lekker comfy! The beds were huge and the staff were tight—especially the chommie at reception who helped us figure out the trams. Room had a cool balcony with those sycamore trees, felt like I was in a bush lodge or something. Totally ideal for a chill after exploring!

The hotel is a delight! Our executive room had a huge, comfy bed and even our own lift. Loved the lovely desk area and two cozy chairs by the bay window to sip my tea—once I scored some, that is!

The mini fridge was more of a mini-not-cold at all! And don’t even get me started on the hairdryer—had to play a game of thumb wrestling just to use it!

However, the breakfast was underwhelming and lacked variety, especially for vegetarians. Additionally, there were service delays, and housekeeping could have been more attentive. Also, our late check-out request was mishandled.
