My room was comfortable with all the anticipated amenities provided. Staff were outstandingly thoughtful, courteous, and highly professional. Breakfast was excellent each morning. the location is superb with access to Central Station without even having to go outside. the Sofitel Beds and Pillows are superb, making for a very relaxed ambience. the proximity to landmarks like St John's Cathedral and South Bank enhanced family bonding, while the spa facilities provided a perfect way to relax after sightseeing.

Omg, 🤩 loved the view of anzac square from my room! 🌆 but, had a bummer with the tired reception area 😔. Staff were super sweet though, making my stay fab! 🥂.

Additionally, the hotel had direct access to the airport, which made it convenient for travelers. The room was reasonably good, with a spacious bathroom and comfortable amenities. The staff provided efficient service and the breakfast options were satisfactory.

There was an issue with the shower in our room. The water pressure was faulty, and both the shower and bath ran together, making it difficult to control.

Taxi services, coffee, and breakfast access were fantastic. Surprisingly large and beautifully fitted room. Convenient airport to hotel location. Friendly staff. Comfortable with afternoon sun. Good air con system. Excellent beds, even the kids' twin bed. Enjoyable heated pool.
