Some staff members were not attentive, with one front desk clerk seemingly more interested in her phone than assisting guests. the $75 pet fee was non-refundable, even when the pet caused no issues, and the hotel's pricing seemed inflated during busy event periods.

Traveling for leisure, we stayed at Courtyard for 4 nights. the 2 king beds room was spacious, clean, and conveniently located near various dining options and stores. the staff was accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. the hotel's amenities were well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. the strong Wi-Fi signal allowed for easy remote work during our stay.
