The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and quietness of the hotel. The girl who checked us in was great and made the process smooth. While it would have been nice to have breakfast included, we still had a positive experience overall. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to a great outdoor shopping mall and other desirable amenities. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is beautifully decorated with lots of different sitting areas, which made it feel luxurious and comfortable. It was also convenient to a nice outdoor shopping mall with a desirable surrounding shopping and food area. The staff were the nicest people we've met in a very long time, always friendly and there when we needed anything. The room amenities were great, with everything from ironing facilities to a flat-screen TV. The indoor swimming pool and fitness center were also nice additions to our stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

During my Christmas stay, there were a few things I really appreciated about this hotel. the lobby was a great place to relax and hang out, with a casual atmosphere and a full bar for convenience. the location was also a major advantage, as it allowed for easy access to Bentonville, Rogers, and other nearby areas. Being right off of Walton Blvd made it convenient to explore the surrounding attractions. Additionally, the staff was attentive and apologetic, providing good customer service even during late hours.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. it was a bit disappointing to find out that the pool, which appeared to have a hot tub in the photos, actually had pool-temp water and no hot tub.

Almost perfect. There was some congestion trying to enter and exit the hotel due to the high traffic count and lack of an intersection to assist with getting onto the highway. Additionally, the counter area at breakfast could have been bigger, as there was empty space that could have been utilized.
