My stay at the Courtyard hotel was exceptional. The staff was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which was a lucky break after our long flight. The foyer was a great place for us to relax and prepare ourselves before our 16-hour journey back home. The room and lobby were clean, and I was impressed with the spaciousness and comfort of the bed. The room had everything we needed, including a refrigerator and microwave. it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely return.

The hotel offered clean rooms and the staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. The location was also convenient, with easy access to major attractions in LA and a bus stop right at the doorstep.

On the downside, parking was limited and there were issues with housekeeping. They didn't find a lost item initially and gave incorrect information about it.
