As a frequent visitor to Miami, I always choose this hotel for its convenient proximity to shopping. The check-in staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. This time, I had a king-sized bed which was incredibly comfortable. Eduardo, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make our stay special, surprising us with a cupcake and candles for a birthday celebration. The hotel's location right next to Dolphin Mall is perfect for avid shoppers.

This hotel is fabulous if you're visiting Doral, and great for exploring the area too, as there is plenty of free parking available. The location is very good, especially when one wants to shop. The hotel is situated right in the mall parking lot, making it convenient for shoppers to access all the stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. You can even see the mall from the window view, which adds to the excitement of being so close to all the shopping options. Additionally, the staff at this hotel is excellent, providing friendly and efficient service. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities you would need for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was not included in the room rate and at $15.00, it wasn't worth the price. It would have been nice if there was another option for breakfast available before the mall opened, especially for those who have to leave the hotel early in the morning.

I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard! The location was perfect, right next to the Dolphin Mall. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the swimming pool. The bistro café/bar in the lobby was a great addition, offering delicious food and drinks. The staff, especially Eduardo, were friendly and accommodating. There were some issues with the room that affected my stay. There was a roach problem in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant.

The hotel staff, especially Eduardo at the front desk, were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were willing to help in whatever way they could to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was clean and the bed was soft, providing a comfortable stay. The location is great, being walking distance to the mall and in close proximity to the airport. The hotel also offers a Starbucks cafe and a pool for guests to enjoy.

One downside is that the sofa bed in the room for four people was quite small for two people to sleep on.

The pool was a great way to relax and cool off during my stay at Courtyard. The towels were plentiful and the water was clean. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.
