This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. First, the value for money was unbeatable. The prices were reasonable and we got so much for what we paid. The attention to detail was impressive, from the cleanliness of our room to the friendly staff who took care of our every need. The location was perfect for our family of four, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Being near the Mall of America was a bonus, as it provided entertainment and shopping options for everyone. The basic amenities in our room were nice, although it was a little small. But the staff made sure our rooms were taken care of and were always available to assist us. It would've been nice to have a hot tub, but overall, we had a fantastic stay.

The elevator was in poor condition and the room was cold upon arrival. There were also cleanliness issues, with candy wrappers found in the corner of the room and a running toilet that took multiple attempts to fix.

The manager went above and beyond to help a frazzled elderly woman get a shuttle to the airport and even bought her a cookie. The location is great for Mall of America trips. I'd recommend this hotel.

Great stay over New Year's. the complementary snacks and water bottles were a nice touch. the hotel is in a perfect location, close to shopping and entertainment. the indoor pool was a huge hit with the kids.

The bartender was rude and seemed to be over-serving guests. Many IDs were not checked, which made us feel unsafe.

Quiet halls, free shuttle to MOA, attentive staff, nice breakfast at attached restaurant, easy walk to IKEA and MOA.
