Really liked the location of the hotel, it was very convenient and close to the French Quarter. The hotel had plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find everything we needed. Additionally, the staff was welcoming and friendly, which made our stay even better. The beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of lighting and charging outlets, making it easy to relax and charge our devices.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. The water in the sink ran very slowly, making it difficult to wash our hands properly.

The hotel is in a less congested area, with a mall directly across the street. The staff were professional and friendly, and the guests were also extremely friendly and approachable. The bathroom was spacious and nicely designed. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

I was passing through NOLA on the way to Memphis and stayed one night at the hotel across the street the previous week - it was a dump! On my way back, I booked this hotel and it was beautiful! I would stay there again, it's just a few minutes from my family and very convenient.

They need to keep reservations when they make them. We always stay here when we go to New Orleans which is fairly often.
