Spacious villas near the beach offer great amenities.

Our check-in experience was incredibly frustrating and lengthy, taking over two and a half hours due to a lack of communication from the staff. Upon entering our room, we discovered it was not what we had booked and paid for, with issues like leaking water left unaddressed throughout our stay. The reaction from the staff was lackluster, and the only offer of compensation was a mere $50 dining credit, which felt inadequate given the circumstances.

The pre-packaged snacks were a culinary delight! I relished the scenic view from my Two-Bedroom Villa, which had ample space for my crew—perfect for family gatherings. Plus, the main pool area, with its stunning waterfall, was a hit for relaxation.

My husband and I loved Waterside by Spinnaker Resorts! Our one-bedroom villa was incredibly spacious, with a fantastic kitchen and a large living area that was perfect for relaxing. The amenities were wonderful, featuring a great pool area with ping pong, checkers, and corn hole. We also enjoyed the beautiful nature surrounding the resort, which made it feel like a hidden gem even though we were so close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We're definitely planning on coming back!

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, an outdoor swimming pool, and a game room. The staff even helped me with a local food delivery number during my first stay. I highly recommend it!

the place is super close to the beach and coligny plaza, which is packed with cute shops and places to eat. the pool area is nice and there are fun games like ping pong to enjoy. staff were super chill and helped us with any questions we had. the units are really big and comfy, perfect for families!

but parking was a total pain, we had to walk a ways sometimes and there wasn't enough trash cans, always found them overflowing.

The spacious one-bedroom villa provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, making it easy to unwind. Enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool area, where we played ping pong and soaked in the hot tub. The surrounding wooded area offered a serene backdrop, and we even spotted wildlife like turtles and alligators near the pond. Those indulgent pastries at the resort were a perfect treat as well. Despite the lovely setting, the kitchen appliances could use an upgrade for a better cooking experience, and the hot water situation was less than ideal during peak times.
