We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, with several subway stations and restaurants in the neighborhood. It was so convenient to get around the city and explore all the tourist attractions. The room was clean and had a great view of the city buildings. The housekeeping staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, making our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to stay here again next year!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in NY City. The location was ideal, very close to Times Square, allowing us to easily walk or take the subway to popular attractions like Central Park, Rockefeller Center, and shopping on 5th Avenue. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and we had a great city view from our room. The staff, especially Axia and her team, were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the lounge on the 12th floor, which was a refreshing and relaxing space before heading to the airport. This hotel is a great option for those looking to stay in this city without breaking the bank.

The room was spacious with two queen beds, providing plenty of space for us. The bed we slept in was incredibly comfortable. The check-in process was quick and the receptionist was pleasant. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Metro and nearby shops. The hotel operator was also very helpful in assisting us with contacting the local airline office.

We recently stayed at Courtyard Midtown East for a quick getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our bags until our room was ready. They even upgraded us to an adjoining room at no extra cost when our original reservation was overbooked. The location was ideal, with a great view from the top floors. We loved the convenience of having a pharmacy right beside the hotel and a Starbucks across the street. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. a fantastic experience!

One of the best aspects was the helpful and kind staff who were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for my visit, as it was within walking distance to many popular sites and attractions.

While overall it was a great experience, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the breakfast only included a small coffee and it would have been nice to have more beverage options available.

The 12th floor was a nice spot to enjoy takeout dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
