The location is fantastic, right in the Market St area with easy access to shops and restaurants. We had a noise issue from septic tanks being pumped early one morning, which interrupted our sleep. The golf course nearby adds a fun option for leisure travelers. Breakfast was excellent with various tasty options.

the hotel could defintely use a bit of aa refreshement, and the breakfast staff were far too distracted—perhaps they could prioritize service over conference chatter. i also expected a room upgrade as compensation for the inconveniences. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t bring myself to.

The staff were heaps friendly and surprised us with champagne on my boyfriend's birthday! But the pillows were too flat for my liking. Overall, sweet as stay!

The balcony room offered stunning views, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating, promptly addressing our concerns about room service. However, parking options were somewhat confusing, with higher valet fees than anticipated.

During my stay, I was absolutely thrilled with the exceptional staff service! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed, especially with the delicious infused water waiting in the lobby. The heated pool was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the nearby shops and restaurants, and the views from my balcony room were simply stunning!

The noise from nearby concerts at the pavilion could be bothersome, especially if you're in a room facing that direction. I also found the in-house dining options to be somewhat limited and repetitive, which took away from the experience. Additionally, the room sizes seemed cramped for a boutique hotel, leaving me wishing for more space and a true 'grand' feel. Parking had some confusion, especially with valet options that came with a hefty fee when free spaces were nearby.

Ope, right in Market Street—made nippin’ over to the shops a breeze! Staff was real friendly too, like that gal at the front desk who offered some tasty infused water. The room felt cozy, and we did love the pool area! Don’tcha know, breakfast had a nice spread. Will sure be back!

the pool and bar area were grewt for relaxing after a day of shopping. there were no soundproofing measures between adjoining rooms.

Great location near shops, appreciated the fitness center. Luggage storage was confusing.

The hotel is in an amazing location right in the Market St area. it’s close to shops and restaurants! Loved the newly renovated decor. quirky touches like a bowler hat lamp added character. The outdoor pool area was a real highlight too!
