The location was ideal, very close to Times Square, allowing us to easily walk or take the subway to popular attractions like Central Park, Rockefeller Center, and shopping on 5th Avenue. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and we had a great city view from our room. The staff, especially Axia and her team, were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the lounge on the 12th floor, which was a refreshing and relaxing space before heading to the airport. This hotel is a great option for those looking to stay in this city without breaking the bank.

We recently stayed at Courtyard Midtown East for a quick getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our bags until our room was ready. They even upgraded us to an adjoining room at no extra cost when our original reservation was overbooked. The location was ideal, with a great view from the top floors. We loved the convenience of having a pharmacy right beside the hotel and a Starbucks across the street. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. a fantastic experience!
