The beds are the best! The hotel offers a shuttle service from and to the airport, which is very convenient. Additionally, the rooms are nice and the internet works very well.

There was a mix-up with my reservation upon arrival, causing unnecessary frustration after a long-haul flight. It took some time for the receptionist to find my reservation as they had entered my name incorrectly into the computer system.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to grab breakfast from the minimarket before it opened. They also promptly delivered more coffee to our room when we requested it. The hotel offered complimentary shuttle services which helped me get around the city with convenience. the continental breakfast was a great way to start the day, not to mention the complimentary smoothie that was also offered during my stay. The location is just perfect! Right in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from great restaurants and the nearby shopping mall.

My room was not in the best location within the hotel, far from the amenities. I was very disappointed when I discovered bed bugs in my room, which ruined my entire trip and lead to unexpected expenses.

During our romantic escape, we loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the politeness of the staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed, TV, and even a cozy seating area. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast served in the restaurant, with quick service and hot, well-cooked food. Another advantage was the convenient location, just a short walk from the nearby shopping mall.

There were a couple of aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy. the shuttle service was not reliable, as we had to wait for a long time for the shuttle to pick us up on both occasions when we returned from New York.
