The room had a fantastic view of downtown Norfolk! It felt like being in the heart of the city. As a party person, I loved gazing out at the vibrant city lights from the comfort of my room.

I found the lighting in the bathroom a bit dim for my liking.

While staying at Courtyard, I was pleasantly surprised by the easy access to the hotel's location. It was conveniently close to the Slover Library, which was perfect for attending a military retirement ceremony. The rooms were clean and neat, with a newly renovated bathroom that exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the nearby attractions, such as the Chrysler Museum and the McCarthy museum, which were within walking distance.

My husband and I recently stayed at Courtyard in downtown Norfolk for a few days. The location was perfect, just blocks away from the Norva and a giant mall. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful lobby area. We loved that they also sold Starbucks, making it convenient to grab a quick coffee in the morning. The staff, particularly Jasmine, was amazing and made sure we were well taken care of. The room had a nice smell, great layout, and had all the amenities we needed. it was a fantastic stay.

Would recommend this hotel. The pillows were not comfortable and the noise level from outside was unbearable, impacting our sleep.

Great stay for new year's eve! Perfect for exploring the city. Enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants and attractions, as well as the comfortable and clean room with modern amenities, including an amazing shower and cozy bed.

Breakfast was a disappointment, with a limited selection and poor quality food. Would have appreciated clearer parking information and better noise insulation from neighboring rooms.

Comfortable and clean room. The staff was helpful and accommodating, bringing up a hair dryer when I requested one. The pool and hot tub on the 6th floor were a nice bonus, and the towels were provided. The location of the hotel was convenient and close to everything fun.

Access to museums and downtown

The beds were comfortable and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep during our city trip. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to downtown restaurants and bars. We loved being able to walk to nearby attractions. To add to the fun, Lime scooters were available to ride around the city, providing a unique and enjoyable experience.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. the entrance to the hotel was inconvenient, as we often had to wait for someone to open the door on the higher floors.

The location was excellent, within walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Though we paid for valet parking, it was worth it for the convenience of being able to come and go easily. I would recommend this hotel.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was amazing. The front desk staff, especially the first woman I met, were wonderful and friendly. The sheets were clean and the carpet looked brand new. The breakfast bistro had great employees who were always friendly and had a smile on their faces. The front desk lady, Correy or Carry, called me by the nickname I gave her and it made me smile every time. The valet service was also friendly and welcoming.

Felt right at home, no complaints.

I stayed at Courtyard for a business trip and it was perfect. The location is convenient with a big mall next door. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lot of amenities in the bathroom. The beds were big and comfortable. The front desk staff, especially a welcoming young lady, were helpful and friendly. The hotel is modern and the bistro on the lobby level was convenient with surprisingly high-quality food. a great stay!
