I recently stayed at a hotel near Collinsville and St. Louis that was worth the extra drive. The staff at this Hampton Inn location were amazing and even helped me with a special surprise. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower and plenty of hot water. The breakfast options were exceptional and they even had coffee and tea available 24/7. I haven't stayed in a nicer hotel in a while and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The only small thing that could have made breakfast better is if they had more variety in their breakfast items.

Everything was fine during my stay.

The hot breakfast and the coffee machine in the room were the only things to like here. the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, and the waffles were especially delightful. the hotel was located near various tourist attractions and shopping malls, which made it convenient for us to move around. We did enjoy the Christmas decorations in the lobby and the room.

This was the worst Christmas stay I have ever had. First of all, the room was not clean at all.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in a safe area with my family. The hotel and room were super clean with nice amenities. The spacious room and bathroom had everything working great. The indoor pool was awesome, not too cold, with a shelf of pool towels provided. The staff were super friendly , and the breakfast exceeded expectations with a broad variety of food and beverages. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location near the interstate was convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mary who assisted with check-in. Another advantage was having a sink near the microwave, making it easy to make coffee without going to the bathroom.

The hotel did not honor the AARP late checkout, even though it was indicated on the rate. They also did not offer any compensation for the lack of Wi-Fi and elevator due to a lightning strike.
