Our room was spacious with a balcony and sofa sleeper. The staff, especially Dez, Kyle, and Rosiland, were exceptional - warm, hospitable. The location was perfect for exploring downtown, with everything within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. We even got to watch the World Series in the lobby/lounge area together. a great experience!

We loved the database facilities at this hotel. The clean and comfortable rooms came with excellent amenities. The staff impressed us with their prompt, helpful, and courteous service. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were delighted to find that the hotel's location allowed for easy access to these activities.

During our romantic escape, we really enjoyed the beautiful and spacious rooms at this hotel. the brickwork gave the rooms a nice touch, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant.

There were a couple of disappointing aspects during our stay. the air conditioning in our room was broken, making it uncomfortable at times.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is incredibly convenient for exploring nearby restaurants, shops, and landmarks such as the national historic trail headquarters and suspension bridge. The rooms are immaculately clean, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. Guests can enjoy cooked-to-order breakfasts and Starbucks coffee in the small breakfast area downstairs. Elevators are fast and efficient.

The fitness room is not as well-equipped as other hotels nearby.

USB Ports Everywhere!

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area and was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of USB charging ports in the room. As a business traveler, being able to easily charge all of my devices is a must, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room had a total of six USB charging ports, conveniently located by the bed, the desk area, and even built into the lamp by the sofa. It made staying connected and productive a breeze. The hotel itself is also conveniently located, just a short walk from the charming Old Market area with its array of hipster restaurants. I had a comfortable and convenient stay at the Courtyard Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area, and I would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers.

The hotel is a great value for the money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, near to the Old Market bars, concert venue, and event center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities were all included in the room which had a comfortable bed and sofa bed.

The hotel had a great location, close to bars and restaurants. the complementary wine happy hour and coffee in the morning was a nice touch. Our room was spacious and had a balcony with a beautiful view.

The parking situation was a bit difficult, especially with the ongoing construction. the gym area could use some updating.

The check-in process was excellent, with VIP treatment. The room was large, clean, and had all necessary amenities. The location is ideal, within walking distance to many attractions. Looking forward to returning during milder weather.
