This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The location was super convenient, right off the highway and within walking distance of several dining options. The room was spacious and seemed brand new, with a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming. One of the best parts was the Bistro, where I enjoyed a delicious Old Fashioned drink made by a friendly bartender. I had a great experience at this hotel.

While my stay at this hotel was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of negatives. I was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast option for elite travelers like myself.

They quickly provided me with toiletries when I needed them during a snowstorm. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well-decorated. The beds may not have been the most comfortable, but they were still decent. The lobby had plenty of seating in the morning, where I could enjoy a delicious cup of Starbucks coffee. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was close to various restaurants and even a gas station.

Best aspects of my xmas stay at this hotel were the clean and crisp room, making it a comfortable place to relax. The hotel's key location near attractions and amenities was also a plus, allowing easy access to places of interest. Additionally, the friendly staff provided excellent customer service throughout my stay, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.

Worst aspects of my xmas stay were the oversized and heavy pillows that made it difficult to breathe and the sheets that did not fully cover the comforter, resulting in constant exposure when trying to untuck or move around in bed. It was quite frustrating to have limited mobility and constantly struggle to keep the covers in place.

The receptionist, Scott, was professional and friendly, offering assistance and local knowledge. The breakfast had good options, and the pool was a hit with the grandkids. The location was convenient and the room was clean, spacious, and quiet. a perfect stay with excellent staff.
