The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From the friendly and helpful front desk to the attentive housekeeping staff, every person I encountered was eager to assist. Special mention goes to John from Housekeeping, who went out of his way to ensure we had enough coffee for our stay. The team working at the lobby restaurant also deserves praise for their kindness and willingness to accommodate our breakfast needs.

The hotel provided two complementary coffee supplies which made our mornings more comfortable. The location is right off the highway exit, which made it easy to find. The outdoor seating under umbrellas in the courtyard was a nice touch and a great place to relax and unwind.

Some items were missing from our room, like a second coffee cup and bars of soap. , the bathtub was slippery due to the use of pump bath gel instead of bars of soap, making it difficult to maintain our footing.

The hotel is situated in a great area and has two fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are upgraded which makes it feel luxurious. The staff is very attentive and went out of their way to make guests comfortable.

Some construction work was being done during my stay, which was a bit disruptive.

We loved the slider and deck in our room at Courtyard. It was so refreshing to have fresh air instead of relying on the usual air conditioning system. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the view of the common courtyard was a nice touch. The hotel also offered a simple selection of food choices downstairs.

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was conveniently located in the center of a great area right off the turnpike. We found it very convenient to get around the Willow Grove area, especially with the funeral home just 1 mile away and the road leading to the cemetery in the opposite direction. Additionally, there were two great restaurants within walking distance, which made dining options very easy for us.
