the shower head was broken, wasn't fixed until the next day, which is just unexceptable for a supposed luxury hotel. the bar staff were completely unprofessional, can you believe that? after requesting to speak with a manager, I almost received a complimentary stay but never heard back! honestly, I couldn’t enjoy anything here.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and absolutely delicious, offering a variety of choices that catered to all tastes, including made-to-order eggs!

The noise from the elevators was quite disruptive, as I could hear every sound every time the doors opened, which detracted from the otherwise peaceful environment.

The location is fantastic and really easy to get around. The staff were super friendly and professional. The swimming pool was tranquil, perfect for unwinding after a long day!

I had an amazing experience with the outdoor seating area at the lobby bar, where I kicked back with a cold Berliner and a cigarette. The girl serving there was super nice, she always came around to check on me when I was just trying to relax. Also, the breakfast buffet? It was extensive and really tasty, especially the fresh eggs cooked just the way I like them! !

Sure, it wasn't the cheapest place out there, but the comfort and atmosphere made it totally worth it.

The kids absolutely loved the pool, and the breakfast spread was phenomenal! With our large family, the convenience of having all that delicious food each morning made our stay so much easier. Also, the zoo across the street was a bonus!

My wife says that the elevators can get crowded.

hotel palace is a great choice with its perfect location near the berlin zoo and the u-bahn station. the pool and wellness center were highlights, providing a nice way to relax. breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety and eggs made to order, just what we needed after exploring the city.

I had such a lovely stay, especially when the thoughtful staff brought me Ginseng tea and a sweet note when I wasn't feeling well, and our rooms were conveniently next to each other. The spa was fantastic with a warm pool and a fun cold plunge to try out. Just a heads up, the mini bar prices were a bit high, so grabbing snacks elsewhere might be a better bet. 😊
